About John Curtis

John Curtis is a longtime businessman and has served as mayor of Provo since 2010. One of the most popular leaders in the history of the city, Mayor Curtis led the transformation of Downtown Provo into a thriving business center.

He’s running for Congress because Washington is broken and it’s time we start getting things done. Utah needs a conservative leader to go to D.C. that will help get the Republican agenda passed. Actions speak louder than words, and Curtis has lived his life that way — from building a multi-million dollar firearms safety business that employs hundreds right here in Utah, to leading Provo, a city where 94% of residents like what he's accomplished with conservative policies.

D.C. is broken, but our local politics are working. We’ve done the hard work: cut taxes, shrunk government, attracted businesses and services, and now Provo is booming. Curtis' message to D.C. about conservative governance? It works!
